  • If you have roughly 8 years or less of experience in the turnaround industry and are under 35, you qualify as NextGen. This includes: Bankers, lawyers, accountants, insurance professionals, valuation experts, liquidation and other insolvency professionals.

Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Mike and Diane Nevins serving the ergonomic and health based lighting industry through high CRI and high color temperature fluorescent lighting. Sales are primarily direct to consumer through the company’s website and social media. The company sells an array of light bulbs, task lighting (both desk and floor lamps), and light therapy boxes. In 2006 the company expanded into an industrial and commercial product line under the Everlast Lighting brand.
