Calling all turnaround management professionals, sponsors and service providers! Join us to mix and mingle with industry peers, while discovering what an entire neighborhood turnaround looks like.

First, gather for drinks and appetizers at Rockford Construction. Listed as one of the primary drivers of the "West-Side Neighborhood Turnaround" (one of the oldest neighborhoods in Grand Rapids), Rockford Construction's new office was one of the first new builds in this area of major revitalization. Listen as Jim Reminga (Senior Vice President of Land and Master Planning, Rockford Construction) shares the Bridge St. Market story, including: the planning, communication with the existing West-Side business community, addressing resident's concerns and the company's plans for improving the neighborhood.

Then walk next door to tour the Bridge St. Market, built by Rockford Construction (for the Meijer Corporation). This building is a new architectural gem, rooted in the heart of the West-Side. It features a grocery store focused on bringing fresh, affordable and local products to the city, along with a coffee bar. Covered in historic brick, the building aims to blend in, service the neighborhood and provide an inventive grocery solution for West Michigan's future.

You won't want to miss this opportunity to hear a unique turnaround story and experience the excitement of a newly revitalized neighborhood.
