Mark A Giles is Managing Director of BlueWater Partners. He has more than 25 years of advisory and corporate experience in finance, operations, and strategy; including consulting work for closely held middle-market and public companies. Prior to joining BlueWater Partners in 2021, Mr. Giles held various leadership roles at Steelcase, DWH, Alliant Enterprises, and The Stow Company. Earlier in his career, he was a financial information systems auditor and consultant with GMAC and PwC. Mark earned his BBA from the University of Michigan-Flint and his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He is currently an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and Association for Corporate Growth.
