Mr. Deighan has spent more than 25 years advising companies on restructurings, bankruptcies, dispositions and acquisitions with an expertise as a real estate strategist. He recently completed a 2 year assignment as head of real estate with the bankrupt Motors Liquidation Company (formerly General Motors Corporation) managing and disposing of 50,000,000 square feet of former automotive facilities.

Mr. Best focuses his practice on workouts and bankruptcies, representing creditors, debtors and other parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court workouts, distressed restructuring transactions and general insolvencies.
