Max Friar (Calder Capital)
Max Friar if the Founder and Managing Partner of Calder Capital, a lower middle market mergers and acquisitions firm. He enjoys taking calculated risks in this respect and in 2017, he raised $2million to start an Ethereum mining operation/Blockchain fund. The mine ran through 2020. Max lives in Ada with his wife Melissa and two sons, Max and Jack.

David Nemes (Business Company, LLC)
David Nemes has more than 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, financial analysis, accounting and problem solving within a broad array of industries. David earned B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from Miami University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing). David is currently the managing member of Business Company, LLC and Tolman’s Wholesale Meats. In his role at the Business Company, LLC, he has combined his specialty in business turnaround, sale transactions and entrepreneurship to focus on purchasing distressed businesses. Additionally for the past 12 years, he has been an advisor to the FDIC on resolving failed banks and managing liabilities associated with those failures.

Ian Northon (Inveniam Capital Partners)
Mr. Northon was a trial lawyer that focused his practice on defending businesses and the personal and professional needs of their owners. Now in-house, he helps Inveniam manage its risk and build on its operating system for data. As an advocate, he tried more than twenty cases and has broad experience in labor and employment disputes, fraud prevention and internal investigations, bet-the-company risk avoidance, and defending pension and healthcare plans, executives, whistleblowers, and governing boards on compensation matters, non-compete, trade secrets, and sensitive termination issues.
